188 community health workers deployed, 982,851 proactive home visits, and 162,394 free clinic visits.

IMPACT

Under-five mortality rate dropped from a baseline of 155 (2008) per 1,000 live births to 17 (2011), an 89% drop in mortality in three years.

To serve 300,000 people by 2018.
